Despite experiencing brief technical glitches, including a mini power outage, Reality TV star Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has continued her Guinness World Record attempt for the most makeovers done in 24 hours.
It was observed that there were two power outages in the studio section of the John Randle Centre for Yorùbá Culture & History, Lagos, where the challenge is ongoing.
The incident occurred barely an hour into the session, causing early tension among organisers and participants.
While the main venue was not completely blacked out, the temporary disruption affected lighting within the makeup area.
Camera and LED lights were used to stabilise visibility during the interruption.
The official timer, however, continued running throughout the outage, suggesting it was powered by a separate source.
